Peach Cobbler

  • 2 cans (15 oz each) sliced peaches in syrup or juice (don’t drain)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • Vanilla ice cream or whipped topping, for serving
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, sliced into thin pats
 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pour both cans of peaches (including liquid) into a 9x13" baking dish. Spread evenly.
  3. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the peaches—do not stir.
  4. Arrange the butter slices evenly over the top of the cake mix.
  5. Optional: sprinkle with cinnamon for extra warmth and flavor.
  6. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the peach filling is bubbling at the edges.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
  8. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped topping!
