Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits

O Bee provides full time employees with 100% coverage for medical, dental, and vision coverage. O Bee will pay $400 per month towards the premium cost for dependents.


O Bee matches 100% of the amount you contribute, up to 4%. 401(k) contributions are immediately vested. After a one-year waiting period, O Bee contributes 10% of your salary into a pension for you with a five-year vesting schedule. Pension eligibility is dependent upon working a minimum number of hours in the year. The pension benefits are at the discretion of the Board of Directors and are subject to change.

Life Insurance/Disability Insurance

Term life insurance is provided with a face amount of twice the employee's annual salary. Short and Long-Term Disability insurance is paid by employees through payroll deduction.

Vacation/Sick Leave

In addition to 10 paid holidays per year, full time employees accrue three weeks of vacation and six days of sick leave per year.

Tuition Reimbursement

Full-time employees that have been employed for at least twelve consecutive months may be reimbursed up to $3000 per calendar year for qualified college courses.

Wellness Allowance

Employees are eligible for up to $300 per year additional compensation for completing wellness challenges.

Charitable Volunteer Leave

Full-time and part-time employees receive an additional 20 hours paid time per year to volunteer in the community.

Employee Loans

Employees are eligible for reduced-interest-rate loans after 90 days of employment.
