By using O Bee’s video banking call service, you and all call participants agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. All video banking calls are recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.
User conduct and attire
Users shall maintain professional and courteous conduct during video banking call sessions with O Bee team members. The use of harmful, threatening, demeaning, or inappropriate language or gestures will not be tolerated. Users must be dressed in a manner consistent with in-person branch visits when using the video banking call service.
Safety and Security
Users agree to conduct all video banking call sessions in a private, secure environment to maintain the confidentiality of communications with O Bee team members. Users shall not use the video banking call service while operating a vehicle or heavy machinery. O Bee bears no responsibility for any risks, injuries, or harm resulting from improper use of the video banking call service.
Liability and Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, O Bee shall not be liable for any losses, claims or damages resulting from user non-compliance with these terms. Users agree to indemnify O Bee for any costs or damages incurred due to their failure to meet these terms and conditions or from other impermissible or inappropriate use or conduct related to or stemming from use of the video banking call service.
Violation of these terms and conditions may result in termination of the video banking call session, suspension from the video banking call service, restriction of some or all credit union services, account closure, or membership termination.
O Bee reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.
