Tim has more than 20 years of commercial banking experience in a wide range of industries and is dedicated to helping businesses reach their full potential. Prior to joining O Bee, he created and managed a successful SBA banking division that was the third largest producer of SBA 7a loans by dollar in the State of Washington for three consecutive years. Tim sits on the board of Family Education and Support Services (FESS) and is passionate about supporting child-focused charities. He co-owns and operates a chain of clean and sober transitional properties that help promote homeless solutions in our community. An avid hiker, Tim enjoys overnight camping trips with his family. He’s also an accomplished cook and a devoted comic book nerd.

Leah started her career in banking with a small community bank in the UK in 2000. Upon returning to the US in 2004, she worked as a controller for a title company and soon found herself back in the banking industry.  She has worked as a commercial loan assistant, specializing in SBA for the past 10 years and was instrumental in establishing and servicing a highly successful SBA department prior to joining O Bee. Leah is a Washington native and has lived in the Olympia area for more than 20 years.  She loves all things nature and especially enjoys camping, hiking and kayaking with her family.  She is a lover of music and appreciates a good concert.  DIY projects are also a favorite past time; she finds great satisfaction in taking something old and giving it new life.

Wendy has more than 30 years of commercial banking experience, most recently serving small businesses in Western Washington through the SBA 504 loan program.  Prior to her 10 years in SBA financing, she was a land development and construction lender.  This included creating and managing a successful construction department for a local lender.  Her combined professional experience developed a dedication to small business growth and success.  As a result of the COVID 19 impact on Washington businesses, Wendy is passionate about providing lending solutions to a wide range of industries and is dedicated to helping those businesses survive and thrive. This includes a particular focus on underserved markets within the various communities supported by O Bee Credit Union. 
Wendy is involved with a local charitable foundation committed to combatting Forced Labor and Human Trafficking issues nationally and globally.  She was on the original Board of the Tronie Foundation, which has since expanded to include Freedom Seal Global.  She is an avid reader, loves to golf, travel, and enjoy time with her family.
