Tim brings more than 28 years of commercial banking experience across a wide range of industries and is dedicated to helping businesses reach their full potential. Before joining O Bee, he built and managed a successful SBA banking division that ranked as the third-largest producer of SBA 7(a) loans by dollar volume in Washington state for three consecutive years. Tim understands business on a personal level as the co-owner of two companies. An avid hiker, he enjoys overnight camping trips with his family. He is also an accomplished cook and a devoted comic book enthusiast.
Leah began her banking career in 2000 with a small community bank in the UK. After returning to the United States in 2004, she worked as a controller for a title company before ultimately finding her way back into banking. Over the past 15 years, she has specialized as a commercial loan assistant with a strong focus on SBA lending. She played a key role in building and supporting a highly successful SBA department prior to joining O Bee.
A Washington native, Leah has called the Olympia area home for more than 25 years. She is passionate about the outdoors and loves camping, hiking, and kayaking with her family. A devoted music lover, she never turns down a good concert. She also enjoys DIY projects and finds great satisfaction in restoring and reimagining old items.
