*The O Bee VIP Experience is on August 16, 2025, from 1–7 pm at the Tumwater Artesian Brewfest. Tickets to the O Bee VIP Experience are limited and only available to O Bee Credit Union Members. Purchase is limited to two (2) tickets per Member. Members may purchase a ticket for one (1) non-Member guest. Ticket sales begin July 3, 2025, and end on August 10, 2025, or while supplies last. All ticket purchases are subject to confirmation of membership. Must be 21 years or older to purchase and to attend the event. Tickets cost $35, including taxes and fees. Ticket purchase does not include parking. VIP tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a non-Member purchases a ticket, it will be canceled, and a refund will be initiated by August 12, 2025, minus applicable fees. Tickets have an approximate value of $60 and include access to the Tumwater Artesian Brewfest, a tasting glass with access to samplings of beer, cider, and spirits throughout the event., access to the O Bee VIP tent, a $15 food credit to be used with one of our select vendors, and non-alcoholic refreshments. All ticket holders must present a valid photo ID at the O Bee Will Call Tent to receive their VIP ticket. Employees of O Bee Credit Union and Members of their immediate families and households are not eligible to purchase a ticket. WHEN IS THE EVENT?
Tumwater Artesian Brewfest is on August 16, 2025 from 1–7 pm. The O Bee tent will be open to VIP ticket holders from1–7 pm.

WHERE DO I GET MY PURCHASED TICKETS?
If you purchased a VIP ticket, on the day of the event, visit the O Bee VIP Will-Call Tent at the entrance. Provide a valid photo ID and you will receive your ticket, VIP lanyard, and lunch ticket.

NOTE NEW BAG POLICY:
Attendees are permitted to bring one clear bag that does not exceed 14″w x 14″h x 6″d in size OR one small clutch/purse/wallet that does not exceed 4″w x 6″h x 1.5″d in size.

CAN ALL O BEE MEMBERS ACCESS THE VIP TENT?
The VIP tent is only available to VIP ticket holders.

CAN I BUY A TICKET AT THE GATE?
You may purchase a ticket to Tumwater Artesian Brewfest with no VIP access at the gate for $50.00 (card only).

WHERE CAN I USE THE $15 MEAL CREDIT?
Your $15 meal credit can be used at any of the select food trucks during the event. Food trucks will be announced in the following weeks.

WHERE DO I PARK?
Parking is conveniently next to the event site in the Olympia Brewery parking lot. Event parking is $10. CASH ONLY. Parking proceeds benefit Thurston County Special Olympics.

IF I DECIDE NOT TO GO, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Sorry, no. There are NO REFUNDS on the O Bee VIP pre-sale tickets. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
