Michelle
Branch Manager
Michelle joined O Bee in 2023. She has twin boys. Michelle loves to travel; Maui, AZ, and Disney are some of her favorite spots. She loves sports. Her favorite hobbies include playing golf and riding quads at the Sand Dunes.
Michelle has over 20 years of experience in customer service and ten years in the financial industry. She thrives on building great relationships with staff as well as members. Michelle is thrilled to be a part of the O Bee family. Tessa
Assistant Branch Manager
Tessa joined the O Bee family in 2021. She enjoys hiking (or anything in the sun) and reading. She wants to visit Hawaii or anywhere with clear water and warm beaches.
Tessa brings a ton of knowledge and excellent attention to detail to the Tumwater team. She loves engaging with our staff and members and building strong relationships.
Jessica
Financial Service Representative
Jessica has been with O Bee since 2019. She has two dogs named Rosie and Cheese. She enjoys reading and listening to podcasts. Jessica loves spending time with her family and baking.
Jessica has a wealth of O Bee knowledge, especially in lending. She is our fearless lending leader!Cassie
Member Services Representative
Cassie joined the team in 2023. She has a big soft spot for all dogs! She could spend every day playing with dogs and be perfectly content. Cassie is the baby in her family with six siblings. She considers herself a coffee snob.
Cassie is a light behind our teller line. She brings positivity with her every day and provides such a great service to our members.
Dawn
Member Service Representative
Dawn has been a member of the O Bee team since 2019. She is an artist who likes to draw, paint, and experiment with her Glowforge. She loves anything Disney and used to play roller derby.
Dawn brings such strength and knowledge to the Tumwater team. The relationships she has with our members, providing them all with top-notch service, are valued and appreciated. Jocelyn
Member Service Representative
Jocelyn started at O Bee in 2023. She is new to Washington, straight out of the Texas heat! When she’s not working, she loves hanging out with her beautiful dog, Athena.
Jocelyn is always willing to jump in anywhere that is needed. She is a team player and always positively interacts with members and staff.Kelsey

Kelsey joined O Bee in 2022. She has three cats and one dog. She enjoys going on hikes and baking and crafting in her spare time. She loves all things Disney!
Kelsey will take on anything. She is willing to help and fill in wherever she is needed. She exemplifies teamwork every single day. Tyler
Member Service Representative
Tyler joined the O Bee team in 2023. He is new to Washington and came to us from Beehive Credit Union, working in the contact center. Tyler enjoys playing board games and reading comics when he is not working.
Tyler provides excellent service to our members and is a great addition to the Tumwater team.
