Meet the Team

Thierry has been in business banking for 18 years and has been serving O Bee’s Cannabis membership exclusively since 2020. During that time, she has earned her Cannabis Banking certification and has developed a passion for finding ways to help the cannabis industry meet their financial needs. You might have met Thierry at the Craft Cannabis Cup, Interchange, or The Tacoma Safety Meetings as she regularly represents O Bee at cannabis industry events in her efforts to share what O Bee has to offer.

Thierry is an active volunteer in her community and during her downtime she enjoys hanging out with her husband and cats, getting a good workout in at the gym, baking and watching Seahawks football.
 

Annika has been with O Bee since 2019 and has been serving O Bee’s Cannabis membership exclusively since 2023. She’s passionate about serving the Cannabis industry and looks forward to helping our Members be successful. She also represents O Bee at cannabis industry events to better understand the industry and provide solutions for their financial needs.

Annika is an active volunteer in her community, currently serves as O Bee’s Adopt-A-Road coordinator, and is a Member of O Bee’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) committee. She is dedicated to fostering an environment where everyone feels safe and welcome. In her free time, you can find her reading a book, constructing a LEGO masterpiece, hanging out with her two dogs, or attending a concert.
