Since we've recently updated our website and mobile app, we thought we'd remind you of another powerful tool available to you -- Online Alerts. Online Alerts are easy to set up and help you to get the most out of online and mobile banking. Here is a list of some of the most popular alerts available, when to use them and what event triggers them. Of course, our E-Service Representatives are available during
business hours, and they are happy to walk you through setting up these alerts.
- Incoming ACH Credit - Notifies you that your account is scheduled to receive an electronic deposit
- Balance - (Above and Below) Tells you if your account goes above and below a certain point. Can be used to let you know when your deposit hits OR when your account drops below a point you determine (to avoid fees)
- Draft - Will let you know when a particular check clears your account
- Insufficient Funds - Lets you know when funds are not available to clear an item and you have insufficient overdraft protection as well
- Loan Payment Due - Lets you know when your loan payment is due, allowing you to avoid late payment fees
