Jennifer has worked in the banking industry for many years. Her drive for coaching & developing with her team members has made her a great leader. Jennifer is very sociable & enjoys time with family & friends. She was born & raised in Olympia, WA, and is active in the community. She loves attending the Young Professional Network and other events with the Thurston County Chamber. We're very thankful to have Jennifer on our O Bee crew!

Min has been leading the Tenino team since 2021. She came to us with ample banking experience, eager to take on any challenge. Min's favorite part of the job is having a positive impact on the people around her. Min was born in Korea and speaks Korean fluently. Min was raised in a military family and experienced many different cultures and walks of life. She enjoys using her life experiences to help her members and community thrive. She enjoys knitting, making jewelry, and hanging out with her pups in her free time. We are lucky to have Min on the team!

Michelle has twin boys and loves to travel; Maui, AZ, and Disney are some of her favorite spots. She also loves sports. Her favorite hobbies include playing golf and riding quads at the Sand Dunes. Michelle has over 20 years of experience in customer service and 10 years in the financial industry, so she is well-versed in the banking world. She thrives on building great relationships with staff as well as members. Michelle is thrilled to be a part of the O Bee family and we are happy to have her here!

Annie has been with O Bee since 2018! Annie is passionate about helping members with their financial well-being. "People are my passion, and I am so grateful that I get to help daily." Annie was born and raised in Lacey, WA, and frequents local parks and events with her kids. Annie spends time helping the community, and she empowers her team to do the same. The Lacey branch is part of the Adopt-A-Trail program, and they have adopted Wonderwood Park. We are glad to have her on the team!

Vanessa is an outstanding leader! Vanessa says her favorite part of the job is "Working with members to come up with the best banking solutions and supporting other team members as they grow in their roles." Vanessa moved around a bit before settling in Chehalis, WA in 2015. Her home is surrounded by beautiful hikes and walking trails that she enjoys exploring with her dog. She also enjoys traveling with her husband and trying new wineries along the way. Vanessa is a great advocate for her community and loves giving back to the members we serve. Cynthia joined O Bee in 2019 and has been a valuable team member. Cynthia enjoys getting to know members by name and making everyone feel welcome. She loves exploring her community and finding new walking trails with her kids. Cynthia's love for animals led her to own a hobby farm with chickens, dogs, and guinea pigs, and she plans to add even more animals over time. Cynthia demonstrates kindness, leadership, and incredible knowledge in her field. We are elated to have her on the team!

Heidi joins O Bee with over three decades of banking experience. She is passionate about helping members meet their financial goals and building connections through approachability and great customer service. Heidi is a lifelong Tacoman, and her favorite activities include painting rocks, entertaining, traveling, and spending time with loved ones. She is also involved in her family's annual fundraiser, collecting socks for Peggy's Paws. Her sister-in-law Peggy, who passed away from cancer in 2018, started this fundraiser. We are grateful to have Heidi on the team!
