In a continuing effort to improve our services, we depend on member feedback to keep us informed on how we’re doing. That’s why we often ask you to fill out a survey after phone calls or interactions with our team. Members often tell us about terrific service they received or a special kindness from one of our team members. It a great way for us to acknowledge and celebrate our outstanding tellers, loan officers and others who go out of their way to make someone’s day. Sometimes you have suggestions on how we can do better. We count on your honest assessment in order to make improvements, and we take your comments seriously. As a way to say thank you for taking our survey, we donate $1 to a local charity on your behalf. There are a number of charities we support and those change occasionally. Members often like to know which charities we support through our survey donations, so we've compiled a list for you.
