It’s that busy time of year again and your schedule is out of control. Getting the kids back to school, prepping for that board presentation or having family in town for the holidays. Quick meals are key and O Bee has you covered. We scoured the web for a fresh and easy pizza recipe and we think you’ll love what we’ve cooked up! 
 

French Bread Pizza

Recipe by The Pioneer Woman

Ingredients:
  • 6 whole deli rolls or Crusty Italian Rolls
  • Jarred Or Refrigerated Pesto OR Jarred Marinara Sauce Or Pizza Sauce
  • 2 pounds Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese To Taste
Topping suggestions:   
  • 1 whole Onion, Sliced
  • 1/2 pound Sausage (regular Breakfast Sausage Or Italian Sausage)
  • Pepperoni Slices
  • Canadian Bacon Slices
  • Pineapple Chunks, Fresh Or Canned
  • Roma Tomatoes, Sliced
  • Sliced Black Olives
  • Goat Cheese, Sliced Bell Peppers, Various Cheeses, Pepperoncini, Jalapeno Slices, Diced Red Onion, Any Other Pizza Topping You'd Like!
 
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Slice rolls in half and lay them, cut side up, on a large baking sheet. 
  3. Top each half with a generous portion of either marinara or pesto. Next, top with a generous amount of grated mozzarella and Parmesan, if you'd like. 
  4. Add whatever toppings you'd like! Great combos include tomato and caramelized onions, Canadian bacon and pineapple, basil and pepperoni, or sausage and olives. Be creative!
  5. Once all assembled, put the pan in the oven on the lowest rack for 8 to 10 minutes. Crank up the heat to 425 and put it on the highest rack until the cheese starts to bubble a bit and turn golden.
  6. Remove and serve immediately! You can cut the pizzas in half right across the middle so there are mini-French Bread Pizzas for everyone.
 

Vegetable Pizza Squares

Ingredients:
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded cheese
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Unroll crescent roll dough on a small baking sheet. Arrange into a single layer to serve as a crust. Bake in the preheated oven 10 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned. 
  3. In a medium bowl mix, cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill weed, onion and garlic. 
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crescent roll dough crust. Layer with cauliflower, broccoli and green peppers. Top with cheddar cheese. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
