If you visit our branches or administrative building, you will notice how well-kept our offices are. This is due, in part, to the extraordinary work of our Caretaker team. Our Caretakers take tremendous pride in their work, making sure that all our facilities are clean and healthy. They keep the team caffeinated, the plants thriving, and the dishwasher humming. The Caretaker team is a vital part of O Bee. They are the heart and soul of our credit union. Get to know this group of superstars – you will love them as much as we do!

Gini
Administration
Gini has been with O Bee for 12 years. She started in our Tumwater branch and moved to our administrative building when it opened. Gini loves to sing! You can hear her voice while she cares for the many plants around the admin building. Gini's favorite part of her job is making coffee -- which is very much appreciated by her co-workers.
Bill
Administration
Bill started with O Bee in 2023. Bill is an extremely hard worker and holds two jobs. In addition to O Bee, he will celebrate 14 years of service with another organization later this year! Bill brightens up our admin building with his colorful hair and is quick to offer a smile. Bill is looking forward to an upcoming trip to visit a friend in Eastern Washington later this year. When he's not at work, Bill enjoys watching movies. His favorite movie is The Luck of the Irish.
Emma
Lacey Branch
Emma began working at O Bee in 2018. She took some time off during the pandemic, but we were lucky to get her back in 2022! Emma loves spending time with her friends, writing songs for her YouTube channel, and listening to Justin Bieber. When asked what her favorite part about working at the Lacey branch was, she said, "Seeing my work family!"
Tyler
Lacey Branch
Tyler began working for O Bee in 2023. Before joining our team, he worked for Walgreens. Tyler likes to bowl, play basketball, and play video games when he's not working. One of Tyler's favorite memories last year was watching the Kansas City Chiefs win the Superbowl. He looks forward to spending time with his dogs this year.
Kathleen
West Olympia Branch
Kathleen has been with O Bee since the fall of 2022. Before joining our team, she spent her time with some furry friends working for a local dog daycare. Kathleen enjoys eating out and going to movie theaters. Her favorite cartoon character is SpongeBob SquarePants. Kathleen does a fantastic job of keeping our West Olympia branch clean. When asked her favorite thing about working for O Bee, she said, "My co-workers."
Jeff
Tumwater Branch
Jeff is fast approaching his first anniversary with O Bee. Before joining our team, he worked on a farm and for McDonald's. Jeff enjoys watching movies, especially the Friday the 13th franchise. Helping people brings a smile to Jeff's face. When asked what he likes best about working at O Bee, Jeff quickly responded, "The people."
Kaitlin
Yelm Branch
Kaitlin has been with O Bee for nearly a year. And this happens to be her first job! Kaitlin enjoys coloring, reading, and listening to music in her free time. She also enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs. Kaitlin has a secret talent for memorizing TV shows.
Tanner
Fern Hill Branch
Tanner began working at O Bee in 2022. He enjoys watching TV in his free time; his current favorite show is Friends. If Tanner could have any superpower, he would pick super strength. Tanner enjoys spending time with his family and looks forward to working hard this year.
