Branch Hours and Access

At this time all branch lobbies are closed. Depending on the branch, we are offering  DRIVE-THRU WINDOWS, ATMs or NIGHT DROP for your branch banking. Branches with Drive-Thru Windows are offering expanded services including instant print debit cards and shared branching for members only. Night Drop contents will be checked often during the day and posted ASAP. If you need a critical service not listed, please contact your loan officer or call us at 800-642-4014 and we will work through this situation together.

This event does not impact the safety of your deposits. As always, your money is secure with O Bee and is insured by the NCUA.

Electronic & Low-Contact Services

In order to continue to keep our employees and members healthy, we are encouraging members to take advantage of our many excellent electronic and low-contact services as primary methods of banking. We are now waiving the fee for depositing checks through our mobile app as well. Consider accessing the following services for your banking:
  • ATMs (we clean the ATMs, but clean hands after of course).
  • Drive-Thru Windows (same as above).
  • Night Drop contents will be checked often and deposited ASAP.
  • Online Banking with Bill Pay and more.
  • Mobile Banking with fee free mobile deposits and more.
  • Telephone Banking for transfers and more 800-642-4014. Please note, our Contact Center may experience extremely heavy volumes during this time and wait times may be extended. We appreciate your patience.

SBA Offers Disaster Assistance

March 22, 2020 - The Washington State Department of Commerce want businesses in our state to know that the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has amended its original disaster declaration to apply to all Washington small businesses, regardless of county.

These low-interest loans for working capital are now available to any small businesses suffering economic fallout from the COVID-19 outbreak. SBA disaster assistance is now available in all counties within the state of Washington. SBA Customer Service Representatives will be available to answer questions about SBA’s Economic Injury Disaster Loan program and explain the application process.

We are closely following guidelines laid out by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) to respond to this potential threat and have encouraged our employees to review CDC recommendations to prevent the spread of disease. We have taken additional precautions to protect employees and members, such as accessing remote meeting technology and eliminating most business travel.
