  • The exclusive O Bee VIP event is open only to O Bee members. All ticket holders must be O Bee members or joint on an O Bee member account. Limit one ticket purchase per transaction. All ticket purchases are subject to confirmation of membership. 
  • Tumwater Artesian Brewfest is a 21+ event.
  • Tickets cost $15 plus a $3.08 handling fee. Ticket purchase does not include parking.
  • VIP tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Non-member ticket purchases will be canceled and refunded minus applicable fees within 5-10 business days.

How does it work?

  1. Purchase your tickets here. Tickets are limited and will go fast! One ticket per person. While supplies last. Tickets are sold individually. If you'd like to purchase two, buy one at a time. 
  2. On the day of the event, visit the O Bee VIP Will-Call Tent at the entrance. Provide a valid photo I.D. and you will recieve your ticket, VIP lanyard, and lunch ticket.
  3. Pick up your drink tokens, have your ID checked at the Brewfest entrance and you're IN! 

You have access to our air-conditioned VIP tent throughout the day. Picnic is available from 1-5pm.

*The O Bee Members VIP Picnic is on August 19, 2023, from 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the Tumwater Artesian Brewfest. Tickets to the O Bee VIP Picnic are limited and only available to O Bee Credit Union Members and those on their joint accounts. Ticket sales begin June 15, 2023, and end on August 4, 2023, or while supplies last. All ticket purchases are subject to confirmation of membership. O Bee members are limited to one ticket purchase per transaction. Must be 21 years or older to purchase. Tickets cost $15 plus a $3.08 handling fee. Ticket purchase does not include parking. VIP tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Non-member ticket purchases will be canceled, and a refund will be initiated by August 7, 2023, minus applicable fees. Tickets have an approximate value of $50 and include access to the Tumwater Artesian Brewfest, a 5.5 oz. taster glass, five tasting tokens, access to the O Bee VIP tent, a BBQ meal ticket, and non-alcoholic refreshments. The BBQ meal ticket is only redeemable at the O Bee VIP tent between 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM on August 19, 2023. O Bee Members must present a valid photo ID at the O Bee Will Call Tent to receive their VIP ticket. Employees of O Bee Credit Union and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible to purchase a ticket. WHERE DO I GET TICKETS?
O Bee members can buy discounted tickets to the VIP event here on our website. Non-members can buy event tickets on the Tumwater Artesian Brewfest website. VIP tickets are available for O Bee members only. 

CAN ALL O BEE MEMBERS ACCESS THE VIP TENT?
The VIP tent is only available to VIP ticket holders. Quantities are limited so buy your VIP ticket today!

HOW MUCH DO TICKETS COST? 
​Pre-sale online: $15 + taxes and fees.
Must be purchased before August 4, 2023 (While supplies last).

CAN I BUY A TICKET AT THE GATE? 
O Bee VIP tickets are only available via pre-sale. Tumwater Artesian Brewfest does sell tickets at the gate for $35.00.

WHERE DO I GET THE FREE BBQ MEAL? 
BBQ lunch is served in the O Bee VIP tent from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Your meal ticket will be with your VIP lanyard.

CAN I BUY EXTRA DRINK TOKENS? 
Absolutely! Tokens can be purchased for $1 each within the event. CREDIT/DEBIT accepted. NO cash accepted at the token tent.

WHERE DO I PARK?
Parking is conveniently next to the event site in the Olympia Brewery parking lot. Event parking is $10. CASH ONLY. Parking proceeds benefit Thurston County Special Olympics.

DO I NEED TO USE AN O BEE CARD TO PURCHASE A TICKET? 
Using your O Bee debit or credit card will benefit you as a member and the community. O Bee is a not-for-profit cooperative, member deposits are invested back to our membership in the form of better rates and lower fees. 

IF I DECIDE NOT TO GO, CAN I GET A REFUND? 
Sorry, no. There are NO REFUNDS on the O Bee VIP pre-sale tickets. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. 

WILL IT BE HOT AND CROWDED? 
It may be a warm and sunny day but with the purchase of an O Bee VIP ticket you will have access to the air-conditioned O Bee tent.
