Survey Says...

Many members are familiar with our survey. In a continuing effort to improve our services, we depend on member feedback to keep us informed on how we’re doing. That’s why we often ask you to fill out a survey after phone calls or interactions with our team. We count on your honest assessment in order to make improvements, and we take your comments seriously. Here are a few actual member comments from the past weeks that we thought we might share. Many bring to light helpful tips, some complain a little (that’s OK), others are just down-right kind. Thanks to all our members for the feedback.

 
  1. Very quick and easy. I was able to communicate via text so I could continue my workday without having to make phone calls.” This is an O Bee benefit that many are not aware of. Members may message us through our mobile app or online banking. We strive to respond within 24 hours. It’s a real time saver. Look for “Messages” in mobile app or “Message Center” in online banking.   1. “This personal loan application and approval was smooth and streamlined from start to finish. The loan officer was prompt, responsive, professional, and friendly, and she made the experience smooth and pleasurable. I can't say enough good things about working with her, would enjoy working with her again.” If you need a loan, a good place to start is at our “Borrow” page on our website. Click on the loan you want, look for the “Apply” button and fill in the form. Once submitted, you’ll likely hear from one of our amazing loan officers within hours and they will be with you all the way. Borrow
 
  1. “Go back to Saturday opening.” In the past several months Saturday in-branch traffic has decreased significantly. Saturday drive-thru service is available at our Lacey and Tumwater branches, however other branches will remain closed for the foreseeable future. Our online services are available 24/7/365.
 
  1. “I really appreciated that the teller handling the three drive-thru lanes knew I had been waiting for a while, took the time to recognize that, and let me know she would help me as soon as possible. This was great customer service! My transaction was quick and smooth!!” Not surprisingly, the past months have seen increased traffic in our drive-thru lanes. We appreciate the patience of our members as our team does their best to serve our members.
 
  1. “I am happy with O Bee and have been a member about 40 years. Keep up the great work. Thanks.” Wow! O Bee has been serving the community for 65 years, and we are proud that we have so many long-term members, many with a connection to the Olympia Brewery where we began.
 
  1. “Perfect score, 10 out of 10.” Thanks for the 10! Speaking of “score,” we like to remind members who have loans with us that they have free access to their Credit Score through Online Banking. When you’re logged in, go to the “Services” tab and click on “Credit Score.” Checking your credit score through O Bee is a “soft-pull” and never affects it negatively.  Online Banking Login
 
  1. “Don’t get sick.” We’re doing our best. We appreciate our members and how understanding everyone has been in following our new safety protocols.

Whether I'm looking for a loan, refinancing my car or just making deposits or withdrawals everyone is always friendly, helpful and just great to do business with. Thank you for all you do!!!!!” We just love this one so we thought we would include it. We get a lot of nice comments and it’s all due to our amazing team.
 
  1. “Make ATMs able to take deposits.” Five ATM locations take deposits: Tumwater, West Olympia, Fern Hill, Point Ruston and Yelm.
 
  1. “Student loans? Personal loans? I would like to know if O Bee Credit Union have personal loans and student loans?” Of course! We offer those loans and more.
