O Bee provides full time employees with 100% coverage for medical, dental, and vision coverage. O Bee will pay $290 per month towards the premium cost for dependents.
O Bee matches fifty cents for every dollar an employee contributes to his or her 401(k) plan, up to the first 6% of the employee's salary. 401(k) contributions are immediately vested.
After a one-year waiting period, O Bee contributes 10% of your salary into a pension for you with a five-year vesting schedule. Pension eligibility is dependent upon working a minimum number of hours in the year. The pension benefits are at the discretion of the Board of Directors and are subject to change.
Life Insurance/Disability Insurance
Term life insurance is provided with a face amount of twice the employee's annual salary. Short and Long-Term Disability insurance is paid by employees through payroll deduction.
In addition to 10 paid holidays per year, full time employees accrue three weeks of vacation and six days of sick leave per year.
Full-time employees that have been employed for at least twelve consecutive months may be reimbursed up to $3000 per calendar year for qualified college courses.
Employees are eligible for up to $300 per year additional compensation for completing wellness challenges.
Charitable Volunteer Leave
Full-time and part-time employees receive an additional 16 hours paid time per year to volunteer in the community.
Employees are eligible for reduced-interest-rate loans after 90 days of employment.
